International Orderterms
Prices
You may coose available currency in the webshop such as:
US Dollar -USD
Euro -EUR
Swedish Krona -SEK
Norweigan Krona -NOK
All prices in the webshop are based on SEK (Swedish Krona) and includes Swedish VAT (6% on books/magazines, 12% on nutritional supplements/foods and 25% on all other items).
Order & Freight
You have to register and give us your telephone number when you order, your telephone number becomes your own personal costumer number, please use it when you order next time or have questions about your order.
Freight is charged to all orders. Freight costs below are exluding Swedish VAT of 25% and will be added on orders shipped within EU, outside EU are not abject to have the VAT added. The freight costs are calculated when you process your order and presented to you before completing the final order.
Prices may change due to changed currency, changed pricing and different freight costs. No refunds. If you want to change an item, please contact us before returning the item. We do not accept changes of: books, videos, underwear/tights, nutritional supplements, or discount items, all costs for freights/return freights are charged to the buyer.
All orders have to be prepaid or paid by creditcard or prepayment.
We will send the order after receiving the payment.
Place the order to us and after that we sent you a confirmation by mail.
Orders within EU
Outside Sweden but within EU we will charge you VAT, unless you place the order from a registered company with a VAT no (please e-mail us the VAT no separately and let us know your tel no and what you have ordered).
Orders outside EU
Outside EU we Don't charge Swedish VAT to your order, you have to pay it according to the law in your country when you clear the duty. You may get charged duty, but if you are unsure, please control the laws in your country. If there will be duty charged, all costs will stay on the buyer. If the products are rejected and not able to be brought into your country all costs will stay on the buyer.
Orders Norway
Outside EU we Don't charge Swedish VAT to your order, you have to pay it according to the law in your country when you clear the duty.
